Recipe for Mediterranean Fattoush Salad with Crushed Kakis (Parve)
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1 tbsp chopped fresh mint

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Juice of 1 lemon

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

5–6 Fennel Kakis, roughly crushed by hand

Optional: sumac for extra zing
Instructions:

In a bowl, combine all chopped vegetables and herbs.
