Recipe for Honey-Dijon Roasted Salmon (Parve)
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp Liel Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Juice of half a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the sauce generously over each fillet.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
