Black Truffle Pasta (4 servings)
Ingredients:
• 12 oz (340g) fettuccine or tagliatelle
• 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
• 2–3 teaspoons La Rustichella Black Truffle Pâté
• Salt to taste
• Optional: grated Kosher Parmigiano Reggiano
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta al dente in salted water. Drain, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water.
2. In a pan, melt butter or heat oil over low heat. Add the truffle pâté and stir gently.
3. Add pasta and reserved water. Toss until well coated and silky.
4. Serve warm, topped with grated cheese if desired.

Scrambled Eggs with Black Truffle (2 servings)
Ingredients:
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
• 1–2 teaspoons La Rustichella Black Truffle Pâté
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Beat eggs lightly with salt and pepper.
2. In a nonstick pan, melt butter or heat oil. Add eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently.
3. When almost set, turn off the heat and fold in the truffle pâté.
4. Serve immediately with toast or challah.
