Recipe for Tapenade & Kakis Aperitif Platter (Parve)
Ingredients (Serves 4–5):

1 small jar black olive tapenade (certified kosher parve)

1 small jar roasted red peppers, drained

A few sun-dried tomatoes

Pickled artichokes or capers

Kosher pickles or gherkins

A handful of Black Olive Kakis

Optional: lemon zest or thyme sprigs for garnish
Instructions:

On a platter, place a small bowl of tapenade in the center.

Arrange roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and pickled vegetables around it.

Add a generous handful of black olive kakis on the side for dipping and scooping.
