Recipe Idea: Chicken Tagine with Beldi Lemons and Olives
Ingredients:
- 
1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces 
- 
1 onion, sliced 
- 
2 tbsp olive oil 
- 
1 tsp turmeric 
- 
1 tsp ginger 
- 
1 garlic clove, minced 
- 
1 Amilcar Beldi Lemon, quartered 
- 
Salt and pepper 
- 
Fresh coriander for garnish 
Instructions:
- 
In a heavy pot or tagine, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic. 
- 
Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides. 
- 
Season with turmeric, ginger, salt, and pepper. 
- 
Add preserved lemon and black olives. 
- 
Pour in water to half-cover the chicken, cover and simmer for 45–60 minutes. 
- 
Garnish with coriander and serve with couscous or rice.
