Recipe for Honey-Dijon Roasted Salmon (Parve)

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp Liel Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the sauce generously over each fillet.

  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with roasted vegetables or quinoa.

Perfect for Shabbat or a quick weeknight dinner.
